The primary objective for EasyConsult was to create a Progressive Web App (PWA) platform tailored for Texas residents seeking virtual medical services. The system needed to enable users to request tele-consultations and medication refills with a standardized $49 payment per transaction. In addition to ease of use, the platform had to meet strict HIPAA compliance standards and support seamless integration with medical workflows, particularly those involving electronic health record (EHR) systems for medication management.

The team engineered a responsive and efficient PWA that works across mobile and desktop devices, ensuring smooth user experience from consultation request to payment.
